  • Minimum dry extract: 18 g/l.

Food matches and serving suggestions

Colli Tortonesi Rosso and Colli Tortonesi Rosso Novello are both table wines, recommended with cold cuts and ripe cheese, pasta with meat sauce, rice and “polenta” not combined with fish. Some dishes based on tasty vegetables are recommended as well.
